Challenge

The existing system was outdated and not user-friendly, making everyday tasks confusing and time-consuming for users. The interface lacked clarity, modern design patterns, and smooth workflows, which affected overall efficiency.

Redesigning the platform meant working closely with senior consultants and multiple stakeholders, where the focus was not only on improving usability but also on bringing the product up to date with current design trends, tools, and digital standards. Balancing modern UX practices with complex business requirements was one of the key challenges throughout the project.

Approach

Conducted stakeholder discussions across business, product, and tech teams

Mapped complex workflows using user flows to simplify decision-making

Created wireframes to define structure and hierarchy early

Built interactive prototypes to validate flows before development

Ran multiple feedback loops with the client team to ensure alignment & iterated designs based on usability inputs and technical constraints

Solution

The redesigned Uniform Management System focused on making daily uniform-related tasks faster and easier for everyone involved. Clear user flows and simplified screens helped users quickly manage allocations, returns, alterations, and tracking without confusion.

 

The system brought structure to scattered processes, reduced dependency on manual coordination, and gave stakeholders better control and visibility across all uniform operations.
